One of the best Chinese cuisine restaurants in the Youngstown area

Food as always was excellent. Order was ready when promised. My only complaint is it is never spicy enough even though I put Please make it super hot, burn my mouth and make me cry hot

Shanghai River is always good. I’d like to mention that I requested the Hunan Chicken to be made more spicy than usual and it was absolutely delicious! Everything here is always good!
